Core Family Session Wickham Park – CT Family Photographer

The Core family is a family that has come to Melissa Hartigan Photography for all their photography memories since their daughter Kayleigh was a newborn baby – over four years ago now. I met Kim and Leighton when they were just new parents to sweet Kayleigh. It seems forever ago now that we photographed her newborn session.

When first met Kayleigh she was a tiny, tiny newborn at a mere 16 days old, and now she has grown into a little girl with the best personality. Whenever I am photographing their sessions, Kayleigh is always a little shy at the beginning of our sessions, but after a little bit of time in front of the camera her personality really comes out and I always get to see the sweet, funny little girl that she is.

Over the summer, Kim and Leighton took Kayleigh on a trip to Disney, and oh-my, did she ever have a blast! Kayleigh loves everything Disney, including Minnie Mouse and all the Disney Princesses, so it’s safe to say that she was in magical heaven went she was at Disney. Lucky girl!

Family Pictures Wickham Park in Manchester CT – Family Photography in Connecticut

There are so many beautiful places around Connecticut that offer beautiful backdrops for outdoor family sessions, and even maternity sessions. For the Core’s Family session we decided to capture their family photos in Wickham Park located in Manchester. Wickham Park is a wonderful park to capture family photos with an abundance of flowers, bushes, trees and hedges; bridges, paths and walkways; and overall a beautiful scenery for your family photos. I really love all the Core’s family pictures. They are such a fun family, with Kim and Leighton having a whole lot of love for their daughter Kayleigh.  I am always so honored to continue seeing their family through the years.
