I am a professional portrait photographer with a beautiful studio in Coventry, CT dedicated to newborn photography, maternity photography and baby milestone photography. Not only do I absolutely love taking photos but I also adore being a part of these special moments in my client’s lives. Navya Baby Girl Newborn Photos – Windsor CT Newborn Photography

Ankita and Vikas welcomed their darling baby girl Navya into the world and enjoyed all the love and baby snuggles for the first weeks of her life. They contacted me to see if I had any openings to capture their daughter’s newborn pictures, and as luck would have it, I had an available opening for a last-minute newborn session. As I tend to book up months in advance, it really is never too early to reserve your newborn session on my calendar. I recommend booking your session while you are still in your second trimester, or as soon as you know you want to reserve your due date on my calendar. Last minute bookings are never a guarantee to secure a spot and usually only occur when a scheduled client is past her due date. Having said that, capturing your newborn baby is absolutely never too late and I will always accept older newborn babies past the preferred age of up to three weeks old. Being a professional newborn photographer, I have vast experience posing and photographing newborn babies who are freshly born all the way up to older newborn babies, all with great success. When posing an older newborn baby, we may not capture all the squishy newborn poses as we would with a newborn who is just days old, but I will work my magic to pose baby and we will still capture a beautiful collection of images to remember your baby and their littleness by.

Baby Girl Newborn Photos Teal Cream Pink – Newborn Photography Windsor CT

Mom and Dad had color preferences for Navya’s newborn photo session and asked for teal, cream and pink colors used. All the jewel tones paired with the soft tones were so inviting and pretty for a baby girl photography session. I really love the light look matched with the darker tones. Navya looked especially pretty in all the dainty bows and floral elements that were added giving way as the perfect touches for her newborn photos. Capturing Navya’s newborn photos past the preferred age of a fresh into the world newborn baby was just as fun and sweet. She was the perfect newborn baby girl for her first professional photo session with me in studio. She was just sleepy and in dreamland throughout her session, and I was able to capture so many adorable posed setups and pictures of her for her parents. She was just so darling!

Newborn Session Experience with Melissa Hartigan Photography

I am NOT the photographer that starts a stop watch at the beginning of your session. I am NOT the photographer that will ever rush.
