As a Maternity Photographer in Connecticut, documenting your pregnancy is a wonderful way to celebrate bringing your baby into the world. Maternity photography is among my favorite sessions to photograph. When a client schedules a maternity and newborn session, I am documenting their beautiful moments as new parents-to-be. For Sarah and Greg, this is a little glimpse into their beautiful journey into parenthood with their second baby.
Sarah Outdoor Maternity Pictures – Maternity Photographer Connecticut
Sarah and Greg are one of the many sweet couples that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting over the years that I’ve specialized in maternity and newborn photography. When they were expecting their first baby, Lilly, I captured their maternity pictures as well as Lilly newborn pictures. Expecting their second baby, Sarah wanted to capture these pregnancy moments outdoors with the Heirloom Maternity Session and she reserved the Classic Newborn Session for when baby made his or her arrival.
While awaiting the arrival of their second baby, since Sarah and Greg love warm weather and beaches, they took a babymoon to Mexico and enjoyed some sun, sand and good food. I’m so thrilled to be their maternity and newborn photographer capturing them as a family while awaiting the arrival of their second baby.
Beautiful Sunset Maternity Photos – Maternity Photography Connecticut
Sarah wanted to capture their maternity photos with an outside setting, so outdoors we went and the photos turned out amazing! The sunset was beautiful! Although it was very windy the day of their session, the sunset was beautiful and we captured some pretty gorgeous images of them as a family, Sarah and Greg as a couple, Mom and daughter waiting for baby brother or baby sister, as well as mama by herself – she is simply stunning!
Big sister-to-be Lilly was absolutely adorable during the session and was so excited to love on her mom’s belly with her soon-to-be baby brother or sister. Lilly loves princesses and barbies and she loved to tell me about them when she was getting her picture taken with her mom and dad. She is truly adorable!
This gorgeous mama-to-be had the sweetest smile in all of her maternity pictures, and she looked absolutely stunning in the maternity dresses that she selected to wear for her maternity photos. The maternity dresses Sarah wore for her session were borrowed from my extensive maternity client wardrobe that is available to all maternity clients to use for their sessions. All that gowns I love are from Sew Trendy Accessories. The maternity client wardrobe is carefully curated with beautiful gowns to fit the couture and boutique style of maternity photography. Mamas love having a selection of dresses and gowns to choose from to use for their pregnancy photos, and I am always happy to include these as part of scheduling your maternity session with Melissa Hartigan Photography.
